Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

1. Domestic Shipping (India):

• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

• Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on the delivery location.

• We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

2. International Shipping:

• International orders are shipped via reputed logistics partners (such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex).

• Delivery timelines vary based on destination country (usually 10–20 business days).

• Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer.

3. Packaging:

• All items are securely packed with protective material to prevent damage during transit.

• Fragile artifacts are double-boxed and cushioned with eco-friendly packaging for added safety.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take utmost pride in the craftsmanship of our products. However, if you’re not satisfied, please review our return policy below:

1. Returns:

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• To initiate a return, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags/labels.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized orders.

• Clearance sale or discounted items.

• Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

3. Refunds:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability and only applicable for defective or damaged items.

• In case of unavailability, a refund or store credit will be issued.
